General Delivery details
Can I pick up my order?
We do not offer pickup. We offer free freight on orders within Australia, and a flat fee rate charged at AUD$20 for delivery to NZ.
Will my order be securely packaged?
We take great care in ensuring your order is packaged correctly and securely. We want to make sure your item arrives to you how you expect it.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We dispatch orders within 2 working days from receiving your order. All orders are dispatched from Metro Melbourne. Please note public holidays may add delays to delivery timelines, however we endeavour to meet all quoted despatch timeframes. Orders are shipped with Australia Post and can be tracked via their website, futhermore Australia Post site will indicate general shipping timeframes to your location.
Goods that cannot be sent to NZ
E-scooters, and helmets cannot be shipped to NZ, due to lithium batteries contained in these products, that are unable to travel by air freight.
Something is missing from your order?
We carefully pick, pack and check each order. If you discover any item missing from an order please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide proof of purchase and images if the product is incorrect.
