If the item arrived damaged or missing parts
All orders leave our warehouse in brand new undamaged condition. If your item arrives damaged or missing parts, we will gladly replace the damaged or missing parts to you.
Should we require the goods returned, we will offer a return solution.
All claims for damaged items must be made within 2 business days of receiving your order. It is important that you open your order as soon as you get it, and notify us immediately if there is any damage.
Please take photographs of any damage and email them to us at email@example.com , before sending the item back. We will assess the parts required from the photographs supplied.
Your purchase automatically comes with protections under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. All of our products are fully backed by manufacturer warranty.
We will either repair or replace the product for you, or if stocks are exhausted, offer a similar product as a replacement
Change of Mind Returns
All claims for a refund for a change of mind return must be made within 5 business days of receiving your order. You are required to email firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your Invoice number and the items you wish to return. You will be advised via return email the address for the item to be sent.
Return items will be sent at your own cost, Grit Scooters will not cover the postage or freight for change of mind purchases. Note, Original shipping rates will not be refundable, only the product cost.
The goods must be sent back to the nominated address and be in their brand new, undamaged condition, and in undamaged packing, to allow to be resold. It is your responsiblity to ensure the item/s are packed sercurely to avoid possible damage from shipping. If these criteria are not met, you may forfeit your refund.
Your refund will be processed back on the original payment method.
